Beautiful Views
This was our second year staying here in early spring. The breath taking view is the best! The owners are fantastic. Only one suggestion would be to bring extra towels. They only provided one per person and most women need two (one for hair, one for body). It was so amazing and We plan to keep this one on our list for revisits.

I love this cabin up in the mountains. It’s clean, quaint, and private. It has the most incredible views. It has everything you need to cook a meal inside or grill outside. The WiFi is good. There is a decent selection of DVDs to watch. Communication with our host is great. It’s only 10 minute's to Maggie Valley proper and 35 from Asheville. I can’t recommend this property enough. You may need 4 wheel drive but that adds to the fun. This is always our first choice when we visit Maggie.

Mountain Trip
Enjoyed our stay at this mountainside cabin overlooking Maggie Valley. Host was helpful and recommended several hikes in the area for our young family. We were able to make the climb to the property easily on the non-four-wheel drive route. Make sure you follow the host’s directions and not your GPS. Beautiful views - above the clouds!

Remote cabin
Our stay was relaxing. We sat on the front porch swing during the day and sat on chairs by the fire pit at night. It was a great place to rest, cook wonderful meals, and enjoy time reconnecting with each other and Jesus. Jarrod was an excellent host. He made sure to let us know good details about the home and directions up the mountain. We would visit again!

The drive up to the cabin was not hard. Cabin roomy and cozy, awesome view! The host was the best! Made sure things were in order. He was quick to respond to any questions. We will be back!!! 1 to 10, I would give it a 12.

The cabin was great. Enjoyed the views from the deck. Very private. Near the top of the mountain so plan to arrive early as the first time up the mountain is easier during daylight hours. We unfortunately arrived at night with fog.

Awesome Cabin Atop A Mountain
My husband and I (with our two big hounds) had an absolutely wonderful time here. Clean, cozy, so private, and quiet. The views, from nearly every window, are outstanding (especially at night!). The pictures are exactly what the place is: real wood interiors and ceilings and true log construction—not just made to look like one. The porch overlooks the valley and is a perfect place for your morning coffee (or whatever else you’re drinking!) There’s also a breathtaking waterfall next to the property. A nice surprise! We also saw some wild turkeys walking through a nearby home site. The technology available is excellent—TV with apps to connect to whatever service you subscribe to; excellent wi-fi (I had to do some remote work and had no problem connecting and completing it). Also, I had cell service everywhere on the property and the whole mountain (T-Mobile). Jarrod, the owner, stopped by to introduce himself which was such a nice thing to do. He made us feel welcome, like we were neighbors. The Maggie Valley area is very quaint and beautiful. We skied at Cataloochee and saw Soco Falls. Most of the Blue Ridge Parkway in the area was closed, so we couldn’t explore it but in warmer weather, you will have easy access to many trails and overlooks. We loved this place and were so happy that dogs were welcome. I can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful stay!
We really enjoyed our long weekend at Coyote Den! The view is nothing short of amazing, the cabin is clean and comfortable, and just a short drive to everything! Jarrod was an awesome host and was quick to provide some suggestions of things to do when the weather altered our plans. We would gladly stay here again!
