“Charming mountain house with a wrap around deck and screened porch. Hot tub was great and kitchen details - like pot holders and corkscrew/bottle opener - appreciated very much. Enjoyable just sitting on the deck and enjoying the nature and peace. Would recommend a 4 wheel drive to get up and down Plott Balsam Road (though we did manage with a 2wd sedan). Very close to Soco Falls and Blue Ridge Parkway. A lovely secluded getaway that you won't want to leave. ”

“We had a wonderful stay! Beautiful views, perfect for watching the sunrise with coffee on the deck :) John was responsive and helpful. The house was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was bottled water in the refrigerator and a basket of snacks on the counter which was a nice touch. Lots of pamphlets and brochures available to plan activities in the area. Would stay here again. If you go, make sure to get up for the sunrise!! ”
