Holiday Inn Chico

My stay was great and staff did what they could to help with up most courtesy. On the other hand! I think and considering the magnitude of events taking place that weekend. Management should have provided proper staffing to help accommodate guest quicker into their rooms. Check in time was behind schedule. My guess whole entire hotel was left to be kept and setup by one dear person. Not sure but that's about 160 maybe more rooms for one person to handle.

Nice hotel & we choose it to be close to Chico State. We have never stayed in Chico so we wanted to be sure the room would be decent. And It was more than that. Only took a few minutes to get to the campus. Denny's restaurant was next door. We will stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay, clean, comfy rooms and the service was very good!

staff was great. They even let us do a late check out since we arrived so late the night before

We selected this hotel because of the closeness to the Wildflower cycle event.

Room was clean and well stocked but was near the elevator so there was more noise than I would have liked. Over a great place to stay.

The rooms are freshly updated with very little signs of wear. the bedding and towels were in excellent condition and the bathroom fixtures were very good quality.

I was welcomed with a friendly staff member and was treated kindly during my stay.
