"We had a real nice holiday in this little cottage. Everything was just as promised and the village of Reit im Winkl was even more fantastic than we dared to dream of. The cottage is located at the end of a silent little road, yet in a walking distant from the village with lots of restaurants, cafés and shops. Also, the local golf offers many opportunities in two countries. The welcome was warm and friendly and Hans and Brigitte were taking real good care of us and all our needs. Thank you!"

"Die Ferienwohnung ist mit viel Liebe und Verstand eingerichtet worden. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Auch zu sechst hatten wir in der großen Wohnung viel Platz. Alle Betten sind sehr hochwertig und die Ausziehcouch ist ein vollwertiges Doppelbett. Die Gastgeber kümmern sich sehr herzlich um alle Belange und haben uns mit vielen Tipps bzgl Unternehmungen in der Region versorgt. "It was perfect for our large family. A fire to play games by at night. Fully stocked kitchen to prepare meals for our large group with plenty of seating. Laundry facilities. Plenty of warm comfortable beds. Gabi was a wonderful host and made sure we felt welcomed and had all that we needed. The village was charming with a wonderful backerei for daily brotchen runs. Would highly recommend!!"

"Very tasteless furnishings. The furniture actually belongs in the garbage! The kitchen lacked essential utensils and the furnishings were dirty and broken. The couch was disgustingly stained. The apartment is definitely not recommended. The owners don't seem to care about the apartment at all. Conclusion: Max. Suitable for sleeping and storage!"
