"We had a very good stay. The house was as described and quite clean. The location was perfect! I agree with another review about one of the beds being noisy. A few suggestions: more bath towels and perhaps a binder explaining how to use the Roku TV setup, and internet, and mention nearby activities. "This house was perfect for us! A water view from every window of the house, and near the end of a dead-end road so it was very quiet. A well equipped kitchen for cooking, the room darkening shades were great for sleeping and could be fully lifted to let in the sunlight and nature views. "We came to visit our college kid and picked this spot for the good location. It couldn’t have been better - close to grocery options and plenty of great restaurants. "We stayed here during our Fall Break. We had come from a family wedding in NYC and my high schooler wanted to do a tour of Syracuse University. This was the perfect spot. Close to university and very relaxing after the rush of the city. I enjoyed waking up and watching the fish jump and the birds flying. The weather was not cooperative and we did not get outside much, but we did enjoy walking out on the dock."

"We loved the property and once we got sorted out about being able to bring our dogs everything was great. The area is lovely and the fenced yard was a plus. The house was comfortably furnished and well stocked. Eclipse day was cloudy but we were able to get views from the back yard.
