"We had a very good stay. The house was as described and quite clean. The location was perfect! I agree with another review about one of the beds being noisy. A few suggestions: more bath towels and perhaps a binder explaining how to use the Roku TV setup, and internet, and mention nearby activities. We had a very nice time enjoying the views of the lake and saw many birds and bunnies. Thank you."

"Very cute house in a safe neighborhood. Very very clean and well maintained. Close to everything Syracuse. Went to game in the Dome and had pastries at a near by bakery. Fantastic restaurants only 10 minutes away. Best of all, Vicki, our hostess was just wonderful. Made check in and checkout a breeze. Responded immediately to our questions. Going to visit Syracuse? Had a great meal at the Sherwood Inn within walking distance & a nice lunch at the Blue Water Grill as well. The fenced backyard was great for our dog. "This house was perfect for us! A water view from every window of the house, and near the end of a dead-end road so it was very quiet. A well equipped kitchen for cooking, the room darkening shades were great for sleeping and could be fully lifted to let in the sunlight and nature views. Having a fenced in yard to not worry about the kids and dogs was wonderful (do check for gaps in the bottom of the fence as my 83 pound golden found a spot to wiggle through.) "We stayed here during our Fall Break. We had come from a family wedding in NYC and my high schooler wanted to do a tour of Syracuse University. This was the perfect spot. Close to university and very relaxing after the rush of the city. I enjoyed waking up and watching the fish jump and the birds flying. The weather was not cooperative and we did not get outside much, but we did enjoy walking out on the dock."
