“Very nice for the price”

Very neat, comfortable and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They even included a continental breakfast which was a whole lot more than coffee and pastries. Very nice for an overnight stay.

All the employees that we encountered were respectful, pleasant, knowledgable, and helpful. The building is in very good shape. The room was clean, as was the pool. Continental breakfast with waffle iron. If we are in the Cleveland area again, we will definitely stay here again!

For travelling on a budget, this hotel is great! Pool area was nice and clean, room was clean and comfy, continental breakfast had a lot of choices, and day clerk was really friendly. Only problem I had was that one side of the parking lot is shared by a motel and some of their guests weren't as quiet as I would've liked early in the morning.

A low price was basically our only requirement, and we were so pleasantly surprised. The hotel was super nice and the employees were very friendly. Our only complaint was that the parking lot hadn't been plowed at all so parking was a little difficult.

We were thrilled with the wireless Internet. No problems with it. The staff was friendly and the room was comfortable. They could vacuum a bit more.

The hall way needed better cleaning. Otherwise, we had a very enjoyable stay. The staff was knowledgeable with the area and directed us to very great places to see and things to do. The breakfast was very good and our room was very clean.
