Tremont! 7 min to downtown Cle

Home in Tremont Ohio next door to The Erie Ohio Tow Path Paved Trail! The home is two streets over from Christmas Story House.

House is cozy and private. Comfy beds with t.v.s in every room!

Walk to Steel Yard Commons, Uber (6 min) or bike ride (15 min) downtown, or 15 min walk to Tremont Restaurant and bars by Lincoln Park.

Note* There may be a squirrel that gets into the attic it is heard for a short period from the master bedroom. I am working on it!

*Home comfortable has queen and king bed for sleeping. Can sleep more guests with bunk beds in small room and air mattress. See note below on Bed 3! Thanks!

The Space:
Downstairs:
Living room, dining room (table seats 6), kitchen (with coffee), and full bath downstairs with laundry.

Upstairs: Comfortable beds and pillows!
Bed 1: King bed & full bathroom (with shampoo).
Bed 2: Queen Bed (air mattress & pump in closet)
Note* Bed 3: Tiny room, has a bunk bed for extra sleeping space. sleeping in this room may be a little chilly because the window is so close to the bed but is definitely great for guest overflow!


The home is on a hill and the upstairs floors are super slanted but beds are even.

Outside: Back deck and fenced in yard.

Location: At the bottom of one way street on a hill, next to Steel Yard Commons, Tow Path Trail, and Steel Mill.

Entire home, drive and backyard.

6 min to Downtown Cleveland, West Side Market, Cleveland Clinic, 15 min from airport, Walking distance to Steel Yard Commons (Target, Marshalls, restaurants, etc...)

3 bikes available, uber, taxi, bus less than 5 min walk.
ALARM: Next to front door. Please push away every time you leave!
To disarm: Enter code to disarm.
Leaving: push "away" and leave. (door must be closed before setting)
Home: push "home" This allows movement around house. It will go off if front or back door is closed

Router is behind couch if you have any trouble plug and unplug.

Google Home. (is not recording) Say "Hey Google, play Lady Gaga (or other song) on Youtube" other that that I am not sure how to work it :)

TV: Smart and has access to Prime, Netflix, Hulu, You Tube. 2 tvs upstairs. I do not think all 3 tvs can be logged into my subscriptions at same time)

Laundry: feel free to use the washer and dryer. I recommend quick wash on washer normal load and max dry. Laundry soap available.

Thermostat: next to tv. The upstairs gets hot, I recommend turning it down before bed or opening a window upstairs!

Kitchen: Help yourself to coffee or if there is any beverages left in the fridge!

Upstairs: Floors slant toward the hill? The upstairs gets warm at night. There are fans available in closets or turn heat down before bed. The small room with bunk beds gets chilly in winter.

Outside: Bikes have two chains. One to leave on the bikes you are not using, and one to take with you. Code for Chain lock is 1056. Bikes are available to use at your own risk.

Trash Cans and recycling are at the end of driveway by fence gate. The garbage goes out Friday am.

Neighbor: Sometimes plays music all night. It is not too noticeable from inside the house. They are very nice.

Music: Bluetooth Speaker, put on pairing mode QS-82103BL Neighbor to right does not care about noise. I keep it down if neighbor's car is there (she is home) across the street :)
