"Our stay at the Poolside Retreat was wonderful. Communication prior to the trip was great and helpful. The location was great, and the house was very comfortable. It was safe and secure, and we had everything that we needed. The hosts were helpful the couple of times we reached out to them; and their responses were very quick and answered our questions. "We stayed in this house for a week to visit family. We couldn't have picked a better place! It is perfect for anyone traveling with young children-- toys, games and different things to entertain them. The house was clean and we'll kept. The location was perfect and central to many different things to go do. The community pool was great, however I will say that two days of our trip, the pool was unexpectedly closed and we could not use it. The little splash pad that is nearby was also unusable....

"This was a last minute trip for a funeral during a very busy time of year, just days before Christmas. Before I booked, I inquired about 2 specifics and the host promptly answered. We were very grateful for the keypad entry since we were scheduled to arrive after midnight. My mother-in-law and niece were able to get settled in long before we arrived. The beds were very comfortable, there was plenty of coffee and water bottles, plus a few snacks and a personalized welcome letter. Instructions for...
