Pros: The only one thing I like about this hotel is the location.
Location: The Central Station, Tivoli, Town Hall and Shopping
I travelled with young kid. The hotel is in central. It is closed to Central Station and Tivoli. you can walk around town. The staff is ok. The hotel room is very simple. There is no air condition, no telephone, no hair dyer only TV.

Cons: tea or coffee jug in room and air con
Location: close to transport hub to get around city
quite close to station but I found the hotel quite close to a grubby area including sex shops, down and outs and prostitutes walking nearby ,not really suitable for familys.

Old building fairly renovated

Posted Jul 14, 2014
Pros: Convenient location indeed. Breakfast buffet. Bargain price
Cons: It doesn't have AC and it affects the room temp during the 2-3 summer months
Location: Right outside Central Station and the Tivoli. A very short walk
This is fair-priced hotel just west of the Central station. There are other similar hotels rigt there. It is not a fancy newly built structure but I think that's a good bargain for the price, fine service, good bed, it doesn't have all the comforts you'll find in newly built hotels, but you can survive without AC or a fridge, for very reasonable price. Good service from the hotel staff, free wi-fi and excellent breakfast buffet.

Location: Central train station, Tivoli Gardens, Old Town in walkable distance.
Nice hotel for the price. Location is close to all major attractions. Neighborhood is not quiet overnight. Would recommend this hotel.

Centrally located - but located on skid row.

Posted Jun 27, 2014
Pros: Nothing!
Cons: Absolutely everything!
Location: Two blocks from main railroad station and fifteen minutes from Tivoli.
The picture posted, showing the room, is misleading. The room is extremely small with substandard bathroom facility. Had we known the true nature, we would not have booked! The hotel is located on a side street to a street called 'Istegade' or 'Istedgade'. A woman should NOT walk this street alone and certainly not after dark; it is ripe with solicitors and highly inebriated individuals who relieve themselves against building walls. Spend the extra money and get into a good hotel!

Worst service

Posted Jun 7, 2014 on Hotels.com
I cannot believe that after paying over £80 a night excluding breakfast which was charged at about £10 that there was not even phone in the rooms. We had to boil our ow egg as there was no cooked breakfast yet it was charged at the ridiculous price. I regretted booking this hotel but then it was a lesson well learnt as I will not book nor recommend this hotel to anyone.

Unhelpful staff

Posted Jun 5, 2014 on Hotels.com
So far so good this is the worst hotel I have stayed based on hotel.com standard which I am used to. The staffs where not willing to help, the breakfast which cost in excess of £13 per day had no cooked meal. We had to boil our own eggs, the other items provided was insufficient and they were not willing to bring more. It is a shame that a hotel that cost in average of £80 per night excluding breakfast cost could not provide some basic things. The towel in the bathroom was more like rag than anything else.

VERY POOR SERVICE

Posted Jun 4, 2014 on Hotels.com
The only thing I enjoyed about this hotel was the location. It is at the city centre which gives you access to many things as a tourist but too expensive for the service I received. Unprofessional staff who do not know how to treat customers, poor breakfast, basic room without no iron or ironing board, no tea service in bedroom, sink very tight which makes it uncomfortable to wash your face. Sheets do not get changed unless you demand for it to be done. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Central hotel - very basic

Posted May 25, 2014
Pros: Central location
Cons: Too many to list
Location: Central location. Near to eating places and railway station
We were very disappointed with the hotel. Small room, bathroom was a shocker. Hotel is centrally located near the station but neighbourhood is bad. We were told to be careful when walking after hours. Breakfast was very expensive at the hotel. Some of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Front desk staff was very rude.

Will never book this way again Shame on Centrum Hotel
