"Absolutely charming little hotel in a perfect location inside the old walled city of Cartagena. Close to many great restaurants and some of the best shopping in the city yet very quiet. Walkable to most major attractions. The staff was awesome - so sweet and helpful and speak quite a bit of English which was helpful. Air conditioning worked great to keep our room cool and sleepable. Beds was large and comfortable. Very spacious room on two levels in a 300 year old house. Great breakfast...

"I was hesitant to book this hotel at 1st due to the mixed reviews but when I saw 1 jr suite was available I went for it & I am SO glad I did! Upon arrival we were greeted kindly by the front desk manager & staff. Martin helped us get settled in & gave us a tour of the room after we were greeted with delicious complimentary welcome drinks. "This hotel was better than I’d even hoped! Our duplex room had 2 washrooms, which was an extremely pleasant surprise. The property is clean, the food is delicious, the breakfast well-stocked with plenty of variety, and the staff are amazing. They are incredibly friendly and go out of their way to help.
