This newly remodeled 2 bedroom, two bathroom home is steps from Crystal River, has a pool, and is ready to host you, your friends, and family. A pull out couch in the living room acts a bonus sleeping area. Take the two bikes out for a cruise around the neighborhood, or get the family out on the river in the double and single kayaks. Our family has been coming to Crystal River for years and is happy to give you the local insider knowledge to make for a great vacation. There is also a discounted rate of 10% for 7 nights and additional 12% for 28 nights and longer.

Great location
My husband, dog and I stayed for a week. It was in the perfect location and nice walking area for our dog. The fenced yard was a plus for us for our small dog. She felt safe and enjoyed running around. The pool was very nice and the cover heated it perfectly. They only thing I can say negatively about was the front door lock box. To get the key out initially was a feat. It took a few tries but we finally got it. I would change it to a modern keyed door lock. Also would suggest a k cup type coffee maker. We ended up buying one so we wouldn't have to make a whole pot and the coffee in the cupboard was stale so the k cups make more sense. Other than that, it was perfect! Would highly recommend.

Great stay on the Nature Coast!
House was great! Really comfortable. Pool was heated as promised. Really close to all the things; downtown, Three Sisters, manatee tours. Location also really central to Homosassa, Lecanto, etc. Neighborhood was also really quiet.

The property was nice and in a very quiet neighborhood. The property manager communicated quickly. The listing should be more specific on how the pool is heated because the pool heating cover system only works when it is sunny and it was not while we were there so the pool was cold. 2 of four kayaks had duct tape to prevent water from coming in and one had a hole.

Best Vacation spot in Crystal River!!!
We had such a great time!!! We brought our dogs and they enjoyed it as well. Love the neighborhood it was close to everything. Can’t express how much fun we had!! We will definitely be coming back again. The house was great!! I think the only thing they were missing was a blender. Everything was very clean. Loved the frosted glasses, that was a nice touch!! Can’t wait to plan our next trip.

We visited Crystal River for scalloping & some rest/relaxation time with our 2 small dogs. This place went beyond our expectations! Home is fully stocked with anything you could need or may have forgotten to bring. Plenty of pillows, bedding, etc. Host is very responsive. Easy check in. We could easily walk over to our meeting spot at Plantation Inn for scalloping tour (although we chose to drive 2 min over). Enjoyed a seat at the bar at Plantation Inn while our scallops were shucked for us. Pool was so refreshing & our dogs absolutely enjoyed the yard! This place provided peace & quite, yet conveniently located to grocery store, walmart, etc. LOVE this place & will hopefully be back soon! Thank you for letting us stay in this lovely home!

Relaxing getaway
This property is in the perfect location for relaxation. The house is spacious with plenty of room to relax in different areas like the sun room where you can quietly read a book or take a swim in the pool or maybe enjoy the sounds of nature in the backyard surrounded by mature trees that are simply majestic.

House was great, pool needed a little tlc from (I guess) prior client with fur from a dog I believe. Cleaned it myself, no biggie, just a better pool Mgmt company… Kayak launch not attractive at all, difficult to launch but not far from the property so access is easy. Nice and quiet, great restos close so overall a fun stay!

Cute Cottage
We had a great stay at this house. We went to the Plantation for the sunset cruise and used a kayak tour company to see manatees. My girls were able to take the SUP and kayak to the area close to the house. They enjoyed that. House was super clean and had everything you needed to have a wonderful time. Pool was a nice benefit also.

We really enjoyed the location and the boats and bikes provided. beds were very comfortable but the sofa bed could use a different mattress with out springs. Pool was lovely and such a perfect location for kayaking.

Great stay!
This little house was great and we will definitely stay again! It was much more spacious than we thought in the living areas. They provided everything you would need in a vacation home. We misunderstood and thought the house was actually on the water because of the seawall shown in the pics, but it's one house away from the water. Having a pool was great (a rare find at this price range)! The neighborhood is tucked away and super quiet, but it's close to everything in town. We did two puzzles provided by the renters on rainy days and had an overall great stay!

Love this house and the location!
This neighborhood is so quiet and the neighbors were very friendly! The fenced backyard is huge and the pool area is so nice. We used the kayaks and bikes that are on the property. The bed was comfy and we had everything we needed. I actually brought way too much stuff. We saw manatee in the channel that is just one house away. We had a great 6 week vacation! The owners were very responsive and took care of anything we needed. We will definitely be back. Actually we've already booked for next year!

when we first arrived we saw the water was a little farther that we thought, we had our boat. But we had no problems leaving in the water at the end of the street. The house was very equipped with everything we needed, the master bed was a little hard for us, once we bought a foam pad it was much better. I will say if you get to stay here while it is raining, the sound of the roof is so relaxing. we needed this down time so really enjoyed to lazy day. The pool is great to come back off the boat and jump in. And the yard is perfect for your furbabies. So the conclusion is we enjoyed the house very much and the area was very convenient to all our needs. Thanks Kim & Cole for sharing you home with us.

Very quiet, clean, nice small pool, great location. Kim was very responsive. Big back yard, dog loved it. On the downside, it’s an older house with older fixtures, small bathrooms and very functional but not luxurious, thus preventing 5 stars. Great AC unit, and very comfortable. Not on the water but the canal is very close. As an HQ for scalloping, fishing (next door neighbor took us out one afternoon- 3 redfish and a snook) and proximity to the best restaurants around this place is perfect,

Not a comfortable stay
At first glance, this place was as advertised. It’s an old house and, as such, has an old home smell. Unfortunately, it is also insulated and air conditioned like an old home. Our stay was in July and the AC simply could not keep up. It was quite warm in most parts of the house at any time of day. The beds were perhaps the least comfortable we have ever had the displeasure of sleeping in. Firm is not a strong enough word to describe the mattresses. We are all going home with sore backs (including a very fit 18 year old athlete). Our stay was during the opening ceremony of the Olympics, and hoped to watch the ceremony on the bedroom TV on the 1st night, but the tv did not work. In fairness, the host offered to have someone check it, but we declined thinking we would use the living room TV; however, on the last night of our stay we tried to watch TV and could not get any of the functions to work. Including cable and Smart Tv options. The Tv technology is ill considered and outdated. Generally speaking, the home appeared clean and ready for us; however, the master bathroom rug had an obvious poop smudge on it. Gross. It’s a great location, the yard was beautiful, the pool was great, and the owner was friendly and responsive. There are some clear upgrades that the owner should make prior to renting their home again.

Great long weekend
Great weekend for scalloping. House was close to water and easily accessible if we needed to hop off the boat for something and walk home. Beds were comfortable and the house was well stocked. My kids loved the pool after being on the boat all day. Only thing I would recommend is working remotes and tvs (couldn't get the master TV to work because there was no roku remote) but truthfully we were too tired from scalloping to care!!
