Rainbow Springs Bungalows with FREE KP Hole deeded access to the boat ramp. YOU CANNOT BE DENIED ACCESS TO KP HOLE BOAT RAMP EVEN IF KP HOLE IS AT CAPACITY!! Walking distance to the beautiful Rainbow River Springs. Fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with king size bed in master and queen size in guest room. Fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer and linens provided. Bungalows include 4 kayaks, 4 life jackets, 4 paddles. Common areas include charcoal grills, large grill with air fryer, large life size chess game, outdoor Connect 4, hammocks, fire pit, organic raised flowerbeds, golf carts welcome. Boat trailer parking. Just 2 doors down from KP boat ramp.

Rainbow River Bungalows
This property was perfectly located between Rainbow Springs State Park and Dunnellon. The bungalow itself was updated and very clean and the community property was really nice. We felt good about letting our kids (7 and 10) ran around and ride their bikes on the property. We would definitely stay again.

Clean, roomy, updated. Great location close to KP Hole park. We use our own kayaks and launched at KP. Might be a little far to walk/ haul kayaks without a pick up truck.

Great weekend, several families rented different homes. Unfortunately, it rained the whole weekend so that put a damper on the activities, but, it was very cute and would definitely go back again with better weather!

Rainbow River Bungalows are a great place to stay in Dunnellon. The property was clean and the owners instructions and communication were excellent! I highly recommend this area and these properties for a vacation in central / western Florida.

Best Host Ever!
The amount of detail the Host went through was amazing. Everything we needed was there, even kayacks, dollies, and life vests. The bungalow was very clean, all the appliances looked new. It was very accessible to the Rainbow river and the boat launch was awesome and convenient.

Nice get away!
Bungalow was super cute and as advertised. Had everything we needed. Getting to KP hole was a little further than expected but luckily we had a truck and was easy getting there. My sister and her family came as well and it worked out great that they were just across the way. Looking forward to another stay.

Beautiful property , but a bit misleading
Overall the property was very nice, clean, and had everything that you might need while there. We did use the kayaks however we loaded them on our car and haul them down to KP Hole. There are little carts available to use to haul them however, using the carts still required a significant amount of work to get them to the boat ramp. Although the bungalow is near the KP and is technically walking distance, if you have anyone with any type of mobility issues, such as bad knees, it might be too far of a walk for them. I do feel that the listing with the rainbow river bungalows is a bit misleading. The person who advertises and owns the rainbow River bungalows is not the same person who owns and rents this unit. We initially found this listing via the rainbow River bungalows Facebook page and website. Note, There is no direct access to the river from the bungalows. Only via the boat ramp at KP. If you want to swim, you have to pay an entrance fee into the KPH. The boat access that is included at KP Hole does not get you into the park to be able to swim. It is seven dollars per person to use the KP hole park. The swimming area is very small. I would suggest putting your kayaks in at the KP hole and then paddling up river and finding a spot off the side to swim. There is also a nice jumping tree that my children could have stayed all day and played at, the river is beautiful, but be sure to read about restrictions regarding what you can, and cannot take on the river with you.

Outstanding!
This home is clean, cozy, and cause for connectedness. All of the extras on the property were perfect for bringing us all together and safe enough for the children (7-9) to run along and play until dinner was ready. The nature and peace surrounding felt like a dream. Rainbow River being in the back yard was our adventure time each day! Wow, definitely our favorite River! Quite a few locations to enjoy. Easy to explore and get back home, easy to get to the store and back, easy to cook and great to sleep in those beds! The showers and washNdryer were helpful too. I could go on and on, we loved our stay here! Thank you for the family memories we’ll carry with us forever. We can’t wait to come back!

Great family trip to the river!
The Bungalow is lovely. Very clean with all the amenities you need. The beds are very comfortable. A few of the kayaks have seen better days but the host helped us secure some from a different unit that wasn't being used. We put the kayaks in our truck to transport them to the KP hole which is a very short drive away. We had to park the truck back at the bungalow because the KP hole parking gets very full early on weekends. We thought our bags and coolers would be inspected at the kayak launch but they were not checking bags if you are just launching kayaks and not going into the KP hole fenced park area. The community grill came in handy for burgers and hot dogs. Overall we loved the place. We'll be back!

Our friends and family love this place! The bungalows are fantastic and just like home, the location is perfect right next to KP Hole and the community is well maintained and offers alot. Tracy has been great to work with and makes everything so easy, which I greatly appreciate! We spent 8-10 hours in the water each day kayaking,tubing & swimming it was wonderful. Would highly recommend!!

Location was great for relaxing and visiting with family. Tracy was very accommodating with our delays due to flights, weather, and an emergency family issue. Place was comfortable and well stocked with the needed items (pots, pans, coffee pot, towels). I was unable to use the kayaks due to a recent surgery on my arm however, my husband thoroughly enjoyed them. Tracy thank you so much and we will be back!

Clean. New and in a good location.
Great place for a little getaway. It’s clean and new and waking distance to the river. Only complaint was there are only two beds. The third is an inflatable mattress which I didn’t see in the listing. Otherwise highly recommend.
