Knowing it is a hostel, don’t have much expectation. But can’t justify with the price. room was good size with private bathroom, but old furniture, beddings, and shelves. Waste of space for just a tiny table and small bath room. Don’t feel relaxing to stay in the room. The common kitchen was old and small, only 1 microwave and kettle, ripped counter top. Limited seating, worse than a cafeteria. Can’t imagine when it is summer tourists season how it can accommodate visitors. The only pro was great breakfast and steps away from train/bus station and supermarket.

Hotel staff and their manager needs to be more guest centric and approachable for guest needs. I had requested their shuttle to pick me up from Interlaken OST station but they didn’t respond initially for a few days and on the last day prior to my arrival, they responded they will arrange pick up but never confirmed my arrival time or any other details. Upon arrival, person who checked me in, said they check guest msgs every shift (which was not the case), dishonest response ruined our experience from the beginning. We had to walk with our luggage bags from train station to hotel and upon arrival their were not even apologetic about mess up. Front desk guy and their manager with bad attitude, I would not stay here again as I would spend this much money somewhere else. Their breakfast in the morning was best part, omelette was extra charge, $10 Swiss franks.

Excellent Hotel for a special occasion £750.00 per night Sterling quite expensive Drinks very Expensive also Staff very well trained just a little over the top with greetings which the brits are not use too.

Great Mountain View’s and accessible to near by attractions.
