Nice hotel for good price

This was a good deal. It was only 40 dollars when I booked online. There was a 100 dollar deposit, but you get that back after your departure. There was a sports bar and grill connected to the hotel with pool tables. Theres also another restuarant connected to it. They have an indoor pool and hot tub inside the hotel also.

A Motel 6 is better than this place!

From when my brother & I arrived there's a night club/restaurant attached to the hotel which I was not aware of. Drunk people were hanging out front of the hotel smoking. We walked in the hotel & it smells like a nasty fish tank. Our room had an overwhelming smell of paint/nasty foot odor. 60s fire alarms, not sure if they even worked. Shower curtain rod was barely hanging on, carpet not vacuumed. We were accused of smoking and charged a $100.00 fee. Neither of us are smokers!

Dive! Don't stay here!

Pros: It was clean, I'll give them that!
Cons: Better beds, hot water!
Location: Close to Texas Rangers stadium, which is what we did our one night in town.
This place was a DIVE! Seriously! The bed had a sunken hole in the middle of the mattress, so I literally fell and sank in to bed and then I had to literally claw and climb my way out of bed the next morning. The topper was the lack of hot water in our room. That made for a lovely shower experience in the morning. YIKES! I told the front desk about it and they said, "Oh we didn't know, we'll take care of it" -- said in a "I don't really care" tone. I would NOT recommend this place and we WON'T be staying here again...EVER!

Stay if you must

Pros: convenient to airport. Shuttle service to airport.
Cons: quality of rooms/bathrooms
Location: location = scary!
We stayed at this hotel mostly because of the parking and shuttle to the airport. That was convenient, but the room was less than impressive. The hotel lobby is so segmented that you can't get to your room unless you know in advance which side it is on, as the elevators are dedicated to one side of the building or the other. I found that out the hard way. The room was old and the bathroom looked like it was about to collapse. When I took a shower, water went all over the floor because the tub had no stops to keep the water within the curtain/tub. It took a while for the room to cool as well. The shuttle to the airport was an experience too. While I appreciated the ride, I feel like the van should have been decommissioned several years ago. It rattled so hard that I thought it would fall apart. The bench seat in the front was bent backwards and had a big chunk of foam out of it. You definitely get what you pay for on this hotel:)

Pros: Mostly the staff, they tried very hard to help us out of a bad situation. The room was quite nice and very clean.
Cons: The hotel seems somewhat in need of updating/maintenance. Also, a continental breakfast would be great.
Location: Close to the airport.
Due to a mechanical problem on our airplane, we found ourselved in Dallas at midnight with no where to stay. This hotel was very close, very helpful and responsive and inexpensive. The room was clean and the people great. They also had an airport shuttle which was very much appreciated.

Cons: everything
I knew it was a bad motel and had the expectation going in that I wouldn't be upset with it being ran down. However the staff was un helpful and the air conditioner was broke, they put me by a laundry dryer, and wouldn't move or fix the air conditioner. I even asked for a box fan instead before asking for the AC to be fixed and they wouldn't give me it, even though they had two behind the front desk.

Old and torn up furniture in rooms

Hot water went out. Ran out of coffee. Never brought to wells after calling front desk. Old furniture. Damaged furniture. Bedding dirty. Walls in bathroom dirty. Smelled musty and old in the whole hotel. Kids running rampant through hallways. Indoor pool closed. Jacuzzi closed.I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Cheap stay near the DFW airport

Pros: The free shuttle to and from the airport was great.
Cons: I was really looking forward to swimming, but lack of pool cleaning schedule prevented that. TV reception only gets about 8 channels clearly.
I was stuck in Dallas on an unexpected weather layover and wanted to stay in a hotel instead of at the airport. Most disappointing was the pool schedule--I got in the water and the custodian told me to get out because they were using chemicals to clean the pool. He told me to wait an hour. So I sat around in my swim suit for an hour and then tried again. Then they told me to wait another hour. I didn't want to sit around for two hours in my swim suit in the hopes that MAYBE I could go swimming, so I checked out.

Need staff members who understands English. Staff were not very helpful at all. Shuttle van was very disappointing. Had to wiat too long for shuttle bus.

Big wait at checkin. Felt unsafe with some of the clientelle. Room had bulb burnt out, unclean tub, very poor (mostly none) internet connectivity. Hot water? limited. Poor TV reception. Left for airport in the shuttle at 6am and the van was overfilled ... but not with guests of the hotel. People drive from nearby cities and park in the lot, take the free shuttle to DFW for their trip. Lobby had enclosed pool and the area smelled musty. In spite of the poor room, I was required to post a $100 deposit (was it in the fine print?). Hopefully, I'll get it back. Maybe this is an OK room to rest between flights, but the van situation erodes that a bit.
