“More than you expect for the $”

We've stayed there previously as a weekend getaway from the kids. We love the amenities and the value. One note, the indoor pool is not heated. There is a great selection for the breakfast buffet and the rooms are spacious and clean. The only glitch we had this time is that we were charged twice for the hotel. Once by Expedia and once by the hotel. The extra charge was removed, but pay attention to your credit card bill! We still would stay there again.

The service was great! The rooms were great! Great play area, basketball court, indoor pool with hot tub! The breakfast that was offered was amazing! Will absolutely look for this hotel on other trips!

Every aspect was as promised. Accommodations great, breakfast buffet excellent, room and suite set and ready to go. Best of any we have stayed.

“Visiting family”

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and once again was completely satisfied. The only regret we have when we stay here is that we don't have enought time to really enjoy all the amenities that it has to offer. We will definitely stay here again when we have the opportunity.

It is a very surprise for our guys! It has a suit room containing a kitchen. Each room has a TV! It is very valuable for only $100!

“Nice home away from home”

We stayed at Staybridge to visit our family. After 2 weeks on the road and away from home, Staybridge has been a comforting stay. The suite is very homey, and in excellent condition. We like the fact it is very close to many stores and main roads, which made the transportation easy. We will definitely come back when we are in town to visit our family again.

“Great hotel, close to local hot spots”

I travel quarterly to the Dallas area to meet my family get-togethers. I had to travel with my 2 German Shepherds this time and this hotel is great for pets. They didn't have a pet weight limit as most do, and the staff was very sweet to us. They were very kind and helpful and they even took my cell phone # to call in case there were any issues (I offered my cell and they were kind enough to keep in contact in case our pets had an issue). The hotel was VERY clean and modern and extremely close to great restaurants and shopping. I will be back again! I 100% recommed this to future guests.

“Not impressed with this Plano, TX hotel”

When I checked in the lady was very pleasant. When I got to my room, it was not a king as requested. When I called the front desk, she said they had a king for one night, but not two. We could switch rooms if we wanted to and switch again the next night. We said no, it wasn't worth the hassel. My boyfriend went to get lunch the next day and forgot to take the key with him. He came back and the maid was outside of our room working on a neighboring room. He asked if she could let him in because I was still sleeping. She did, without hesitation. She had no idea if he was my boyfriend or a stranger. I was not happy about that at all. Another thing that wasn't so great, was we were located right above the grills and basketball court. Basketballs started bouncing at 7:45 in the morning. I think they should only be allowed after 10:00. I won't stay here again, mainly because the maid let my boyfriend in without truly knowing if he was with me or not.
