The elevator smelt very bad and needed to be cleaned in some way. They were also very pushy and started repeatedly knocking on my door an hour before check out.

Staff was not at the front desk upon arrival, had to wait almost 20 min for them to return. Elevator rug was covered in pet hair. Room floor was not well cleaned, spots all over from food (assuming), hair in shower, grease stains on walls/ceilings. Would not stay here again.

I did not catch the name of the young lady who checked me in around 8:55 p.m. last night, but she was absolutely amazing! I was in town for a softball tournament, and after making an error with my hotel arrangements, I found myself needing a room at the last minute during the busy Red River Rivalry weekend. With hotels packed and many locations overbooked, I was incredibly fortunate to get what I believe was the last available room. She was kind, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. What could have been a very stressful situation turned into a seamless check-in experience because of her outstanding customer service. Unfortunately, no one was at the front desk when we checked out around 6:25 a.m., or I would have personally let management know how wonderful she was. She truly went above and beyond, and her positive attitude and willingness to help made all the difference. Thank you for making our stay start on such a great note!

Pros Location Cons Unclean : corridors, hallways, elevator dust , pet hair all over. Room and hallways smell different. I do not feel it was fresh. Some people may like. Wooden floor in the room is stick6?, oily and slippery. When I step into bath tub after walking on floor I almost fell down. Broken shower I would not recommend.

Loved having small kitchen with regular size fridge, but there were no kleenexes or a hairdryer in the room which is odd for a hotel to not have as a courtesy. The room was clean and easy to get to from the highway.
