"No association ever at the front desk, just kept a sign on the door to call their cell, never brought clean towels or toilet paper the whole time we stay and there were ants in the bathroom sink. No excuse as there wasn’t but no body staying there. "

Another free shuttle on property is available to get you up and down the mountain to access the pools, zip line, restaurant and water park. They was plenty of space and everything was clean. Perfect location too. We walked from our place to the strip in Gatlinburg. I would definitely book again!"
