Not perfect but great value

The beds were comfortable and clean but appliances such as the coffee maker and soap dispensers in the shower did not work. Considering the price and location to downtown, it was worth it.

This is the worst place i ever stay bet wasnt clean when i arive they didnt have people in the front desk for help …. Plus it says u get housekeeping daily wich i didn’t get just the worst experience ever i don’t recommend

Don’t let the exterior fool you once we walked in the room it’s was very cozy , charming Best Bed I’ve slept in compared to expensive property’s 10-10 on that Bathroom & shower could use updating other than that great hotel for price

The rooms were really nice, beds comfy. The outside looks a bit run down, which makes you double guess the quality but we were surprised about how nice the rooms were. Free parking and the staff were nice

Place is small, no frill just basic hotel. However, the room was clean, bedding was nice, decor is ok. Everything worked. Hot water was really hot! Which is great. It looks like they are trying to upgrade things. Would stay again just not for more than 2 nights. No pool.

Positives were a big tv, microwave, fridge and very comfy bed. Negatives were towels and sheets were dirty, clumps of hair on bathroom wall, very thin walls so could hear everything from rooms beside/above/beneath us. Sink and bath taps worked but broken. Exterior very dated.

The guy that checked us in was very helpful. Outside scared us but rooms are really nice inside. Only complaint was shower was not cleaned, lighting was horrible in room, and no top sheet. Location was awesome.

We booked the hotel from a weds-Monday. When we pulled up to be honest we thought oh no ,, its run down looking. However, when we opened the door to the room , it was nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable, it was clean . The room over all was decent. The bathroom needs updating, and it would be better with no carpet , and updated flooring . The staff was very nice

Close to downtown walkable areas I wanna go. Can hear people talking so walls too thin. Toilets and floor n sink loose so can hear hear screws loosing n wobbling when use. Otherwise bed is comfortable.

The gentleman at the desk was kind. There was garage in the parking lot along with a dead bloated bird. The bathroom door latch was broken, locked in the bathroom for a short time. My husband was able to get me out. The bathroom pipe had a least 2” of dust. The king size bed was really comfortable! Extremely surprised! Within walking distance to all activities.

Our stay in Gatlinburg

We had to wait for someone to show up to check in. We finally checked in. Rooms very basic. Needing a lot of attention especially the bathroom. We stayed 4 nights and requested the room to be made up everyday. It never got done. We had to request clean towels on the second night. The shower was good then the water went really hot. Overall disappointed

Our heater didn't work in 25 degree weather. We told the man in the front office and he said "never heard that before" and gave us a small space heater he was using for this office (they dont have heating?) from the 80s and told us to use this to warm our entire room. My husband went back and told him we needed a new room as that heater was a joke. They DID give us a new room. The room still had stuff from the previous user. We found lolipop sticks, hair clips, their food left over in the fridge. I guess you get what you pay for as this was one of the cheapest hotels in Gatlinburg for that time. The rooms were decorated nicely and the bed was comfortable. Close enough to walk downtown. Okay if you're just needing it for one night.

For the price, it was not a horrible stay. When we arrived, There wasn’t anyone in the office, however the owner/manager came out of their living space shortly after to greet us. The manager was very friendly. All the rooms are non-smoking however, guests are allowed to smoke right outside there room. And how this lodge is set up, we walked through numerous clouds of smoke to get to our room and the smell follows into the rooms.. Due to there being large gaps in the doors. We would have appreciated a designated smoking area away from the rooms. Entering our room, it was very clean and tidy. The room itself was older and you can see they are doing their best to update the rooms. We didn’t have any towels in our room upon arrival, and staff was quick to get us towels. We stayed for 4 days, we did not get room service any of those days. The hot water was probably the most frustrating thing about our experience. It went from Scolding hot to freezing cold.
