"Returned from full day of sightseeing, FOB didn’t work (10:30 PM). No one answered call via call button. Thankfully, fellow guest let me in. WiFi is complete rubbish in common areas. Groceries were discarded prior to my departure (staff gave me complimentary salad-yum!). No electrical outlets/USB by beds. And, yes beds are RIGHT next to each other-bit weird. Pros? "Clean and lovely rooms although rooms are very small. We couldn’t lay on floor both suitcases. Hotel is down an alleyway which makes it very quiet in rooms but not ideal as far as an entranceway goes. Very convenient to a number of attractions and restaurants in Rome. "The location, staff, service & entire hotel was fabulous! The ONLY problem is their a/c isn’t really a/c . Your room will not get as cold as you like. They control it through their “ new environmental air conditioner “ . Summer would be terrible here. "
