"Our 2nd time here for a reason … great little place away from town. Private, peaceful , gorgeous! There are kayaks to use and a swimming pool . A grill if you want to hang out and enjoy all that this little gem has to offer, which we did. They have a cooler, beach chairs ,beach towels and snorkel equipment you can take to the beaches, definitely a plus ! And the owners Caron and Dave are just super ! Love it here !!"

"We had an amazing stay at Villa Belvedere. Although the check in process didn’t go as smooth as we’d like, the rest of the stay was perfect. We originally coordinated with the property manager to meet us at the ferry dock but he did not show up or answer our calls which was very concerning. We eventually got in touch with him after picking up our Jeep rental and driving to the grocery store. Since it was about 3pm at this point the owner did remind us that check in was at 4pm so technically we still got in early. It was just the lack of communication that really made us worry. There was a time period where I was worried we had no place to stay so you can imagine the unnecessary elevated stress we had to start our trip. Unfortunately some of the pictures on VRBO appear to be outdated (pre hurricane) so that added to some of the initial confusion. I need to read the description again because I was also surprised to see the kitchenette being outdoors. That didn’t stop us from making fantastic pasta but again, just not up to expectations. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. I’d definitely stay there again knowing what I know now."

"This property was amazing. The view was outstanding, access to the snorkeling area, pool & hot tub. The peacock that lives around the property is beautiful & we saw a few iguanas too. The housekeeping service was great, made our visit stress free. We loved the double doors that open out to the amazing view and cooked in a couple nights to enjoy the view. The store on the property is so convenient. We hope to be back one day."

"A couple of blocks from Cruz Bay ferry terminal. Easy to get a taxi/surfari and very walkable to restaurants and Lind Point trail which will get you to Solomon and Honeymoon beach via hiking trails. Amenities are thoughtful like bug spray, reef safe sunscreen and even goggle defogger. beach chairs and cooler bags, umbrellas when it rains. Bring a reusable water bottle and you can refill it with their water dispenser and ice available too. Really a place that caters to people with carry on luggage. Staff is so personable that you literally come in as strangers and leave as friends. Rooms are clean and bright with air conditioning and mini fridge. Only wish would be a larger shower. "

"This condo is modern and absolutely beautiful!!! It is very big! The living room could easily sleep three kids, if beds were available. Having the grocery store downstairs is such a convenience. The location is great!! This was our first time in St. John andit was perfect. There isn’t a view, but this condo is great!!!! I would highly recommend staying here!!"
