"This property exceeded our expectations. We have stayed at grand bay multiple times. This was our favorite property. View of Cruz bay. The house was a very well stocked kitchen. The linens and bed were great. Property has a parking space and all your needs for the beach. The location is a quick walk to many restaurants and shopping. We will be returning."

"The Westin is a beautiful place to stay. The fully AC'd villa was extremely nice to come home to. The beds were extremely comfortable. Plenty of room to give us all space. "We really enjoyed our time at this house. The owner was very nice and met us at the ferry to allow us to follow him to the home. Driving on St John can be challenging on your first trip so this was appreciated! The roads are narrow and steep and they drive on the left. After a day or so, I was getting the hang of it. It was a bit intimidating on day 1. The drive from the house to Cruz Bay was an easy 10 minutes, once I became used to driving. The house was comfortable and had a great view of the water. I would definitely stay there again."

AHHHHHMAZING!!!

"Tammy was super easy to communicate with during the planning process of our trip. The view of Chocolate Hole was stunning. Beautiful nights spent on the deck looking at stars and listening to the island sounds. One of the cleanest villas I’ve stayed in on St. John. Great plunge pool for cooling off after a day at the beach. The outdoor shower was great added bonus. We will definitely stay again!! "

"We loved the property. The staff was outstanding and the grounds and accommodations were immaculate. We will definitely go back again. There is a restaurant that offers takeout. Cruz bay is close enough to walk, but there is a hill to come back up on the return. The shuttle will pick you up and bring you back to the ferry but no transportation otherwise. There is parking for a rental "

The Best Spot on St. John!

"This was absolutely the best spot on the whole island and we are so happy we chose to stay here. We even got stuck here due to a tropical storm and Carin and Dave extended our stay. They were super welcoming and had everything we needed. They had snorkel gear, chairs, towels & a perfect cooler! The pool was wonderful and we even enjoyed the small hike to the beach everyday. We got to enjoy their kayaks a couple times to go to the other parts of the bay. (We saw 2 huge sea turtles while kayaking) We just can’t say enough good things about this place. We will definitely be planning another trip here. "
