"This is a large compound just a short drive to the pyramids. It is very safe and secure and has a feel as a retreat. It would be good for groups, workshops, teams or large families. The pool is nice. Area and rooms have a lot of mosquitoes. Breakfast buffet is mediocre and evening buffet is expensive. Room service meals are reasonable. Room needs more outlets or extension cords. I had to move TV to plug in laptop. Really stingy on coffee. I got 1 coffee, 1 tea bag, and at least 15 sugars....

"Extremely friendly and helpful staff who managed to get us a room 2 hours earlier than expected as we arrived early. The hotel is clean and the lounge had good food and drinks options while we waited. They also dry-cleaned what we gave them in less than 2 hours, enough time for us to get ready for the wedding we were attending later. We had lunch at the Italian restaurant in the hotel. The Alfredo pasta was the most disappointing and tasteless pasta we've ever had... the other dishes were...

"We stay at Room 1702 for 5 day , was clean , spacious . Nice big balcony but with limited Nile view and there was a building in ruins on the left side that obstruct the Nile view. Very close to the the Caro Tower ( walking distance if you dare to walk in Cairo) and close to the Museum. A lot of safety measures to get in with metal detectors. "

"SAFE DOOR WOULD NOT OPEN. TOOK ALL DAY TO FIX. HALL LIGHTS ARE ONLY ON IN AFTERNOON. TRY OPENING DOOR WHEN YOU CANNOT SEE DOOR. POOL LOUNGE CHAIRS DID NOT HAVE CUSHIONS.LOUNGED ON WOODEN SLATS. LOCATION REMOTE, COULD NOT GO OUT AT NIGHT WITHOUT CALLING TAXI.ONLY HOTEL IN THE WORLD THAT I HAVE STAYED IN THAT SERVED INSTANT COFFEE. HAD 4 DAYS LAUNDRY DONE. COST $ 56.00 AMERICAN DOLLARS. WAY OVERPRICED. WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN"
