"From checking in to the moment we left, everything was perfect. Out suite was huge with views of the River Nile and also the Egyptian museum. We dined in the Italian restaurant our 1st night and the food and atmosphere were amazing. I was in Egypt to celebrate my birthday and got a lovely surprise of a birthday cake delivered to my room. Every part of our stay was faultless "

"Property is very old, so I do understand a bit of difficulty. Very hot when we were there, and ac cpuld not really cool room. Limited and dodgy wifi. Staff very eager to please. Tours arranged with Mr. Samir Fayek from hotel were great. Jotel has fewat driver and ac van for tour use, and Mohammed was a great guide! He spoke uent English, plus several ither languages. We were easily able to see all the sights."

"The room was very dirty, the bathroom flush stopped working and never got fully fixed. There was one tower in the bathroom. The carpets on the floor was very dusty. The picture of the room was highly misleading. The elevator is extremely old and scary. The reception of the hotel is heavily furnished to mislead customers completely. Rooms don't have good internet although it is mentioned in the package. Only after several requests to provide more toilet papers, to fix the flush, to add towels...

"Perfect hotel next to the rear entrance, to the pyramids, if ur American u will be let in thru the rear entrance, and best of all u can walk to Marriott to eat, and don’t have to pay 4 times more a night at Marriott, Egyptian food not all that good. "
