"Good day, the air condition was unfortunately horrible. We couldn’t control the air flow which was very strong and therefore loud. Further, 2 min after 10pm - last order is 10pm, cafe closes at 11pm - we got told that the cafe is closed and we can’t get anything anymore. 3rd, on the room the breakfast is advertised with 1000 Yen/person but when we went for breakfast we got charged 1200 per person. The hotel looks lovely, but everything else doesn’t leave you with a “lovely feeling”, at all!"

"Such a beautiful property and the staff were very kind and attentive. The private onsen in your villa is very relaxing and the villa itself is well equipped and very nice. There is a bus stop right outside the property so getting to and from here is a breeze. Overall I had a great experience here and I would recommend it to anyone visiting in Hakone. "

"Wonderful property and outstanding staff. The rooms are beautiful and the onsen was lovely. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious. We ate at the hotel all three nights. Will definitely stay here again when we visit Hakone again. "
