"the employees, desk and dining, put such effort to make customers feel welcome and attended to. Really impressive and makes the entire experience so enjoyable. The security by the main entrance was a welcome addition and they were so polite. Also the bar was even great and the bartenders are excellent!"

"Just a basic hotel (I would say 3-stars) which was ok for us since all we did there was just sleep, we were out touring all day and left the hotel early in the mornings and returned late in the evenings. Staff tried to be helpful as much as possible. On our first night the AC was not working (we checked in around 1:00am and checked out before 7:00am) and there was no other room available so we slept with the windows open. We returned a few days later and got a different room with a working AC....

"Das Personal war sehr nett und das Frühstück war gut. Das Hotel ist am Rand von Miraflores, man muss also ca 20 min laufen um ins Zentrum zu gelangen. Was wir nicht mochten ist, dass wir für das Take away Frühstück 5€ extra zahlen sollten. Das Zimmer an sich super! Gut ausgestattet und sogar mit Smart TV. "
