“This resort was overall pretty good, a little dated and lots of stairs for rooms on upper floors as there was no elevators. Being close to the beach and having lots of options for kids made it a great place to spend a week. We enjoyed our stay.”

“Many times repeat guest at Palladium. Low season so hotel was full of locals on 3-4 day trips. Large family groups who tolerated us but are not generally friendly or communicative and squeeze you out of your space if you don’t stand your ground. Beaches are Federally owned so not unusual to find locals walking onto supposed hotel beach front. All that said we keep coming back and have stayed in Family Selection area the last few visits where you are better cared for and have better……

We participated in the Hydro therapy followed by a 50 minute massage. 2 employees that stood out were Ronnie by the poolside. He was very friendly, helpful and checked in with me daily. “Todo bien, solo algunos detalles como el no poder llevar alimentos (snacks) a piscina ni playa. Los trastes del room service, se quedaron 4 días fuera de la habitación. Se tiene que hacer reservación para ir a los restaurantes, pero uno va con plan de descansar y de no hacer planes para la comida. creo que no hay necesidad de esa reserva, ya que los restaurantes no se llenaban.
