“We had a lovely stay at Casa Loteria. The location is very central and the room was spacious and comfortable. Having a kitchen was great as we cooked our own breakfasts. In hindsight I would have included the breakfast option when booking, as it was a great deal and about half the price as buying it at the hotel. We enjoyed the pool and relaxing on the loungers. The staff were friendly and there is coffee available every morning in the reception hall. The free yoga for guests on the rooftop……

“This hotel is the worst place I’ve visited; I left immediately and did not stay. Hotels.com states front desk is open daily 10am-9pm. Upon arriving, we could not determine how to get into the property, with only a large, wooden wall to stare at. The massage lady next door showed how to lift a slats to reach inside to trigger the latch. Once opened, she called someone, with whom I spoke briefly, totally unaware of my reservation. The lady escorted us up a rusty spiral staircase which creaked……

“The food selection is great. The rooms are a bit dated but are clean and comfortable. The bars are really good and a lot of fun. The staff are amazing throughout the hotel. Always very friendly and helpful. We have been travelling to this hotel for many years and will continue to go back.”
