"I read about the hotel history before staying. When I checked in I noticed that the clerk was going to put us in room 1015. If you know about the hotel, that room is rumored to haunted. I asked if I could have a different room, that I read about the hotel and would rather not have that room. The lady that was checking us in said really sarcastically "ummm, okayyy" and rolled her eyes at me. We did get a different room. Other than her attitude it was a lovely stay. Gorgeous architecture!!"

"The Campbell is a lovely surprise! The exterior belies the gracious comfort of the interior. I felt more like I was staying in the home of a friend than in a hotel. The front desk staff was super accommodating and friendly. I’d definitely go back. "

"Beautiful property that is extremely clean and well appointed with beautiful furnishings. The only thing I would change is the bed pillows. They were feather/down and flat and terribly unsupportive. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this property. "

"We went for a wedding and decided to book on brookside. It was an absolute pleasure staying here. Very nice rooms and plenty of food nearby. I would say the outside windows were very dirty but that was not a big deal. "

"We liked having a suite for our family. The parking over the weekend was handled very well by the parking officer and we appreciated that. Overall happy but here are a few of the issues we had. 1. Doorpad key reader did not work upon check in, had to go to desk 3 times to get issue resolved (once maintenance came it was resolved) Sam came to fix it and was AMAZING! They gave us so many great ideas for dinner and was so friendly and efficient. I ran into them another time during our stay and they...

"The area around the property was not taken care of. Broken beer bottles in the parking lot! They need to tell their guest not to drink outside the premises!!"

"We actually were moved to a sister hotel, Gardenwalk due to booking issues. Gardenwalk was a very nice hotel, clean. Construction was going on but did not affect us much. Upon check-in they put us in a room with a king-sized bed for 3 people. Upon request, we were moved to 2 double beds as originally booked. Very friendly front desk staff."
