"This is our second time staying at Terrazas. The hotel is conveniently located but security is needed and provided. The suites are spacious and clean. The staff very accommodating. The last morning of our stay, we had an early flight, we had no hot water. That's the only negative mark. Cold shower at 5am it's a little sad."

On Expedia the pictures of the hotel room where a big room 3 beds but when I got there the room was so small we couldn't even walk around it was horrible. My youngest daughter lost her socks I couldn't find it, so I bend down looking under the bed and guess what??!!! I found a plastic bottle from who knows when and a lot of dirt that shows that housekeeping doesn't even pass the broom under the beds,...
