"Everyone at this resort were so friendly except for the restaurant Dolce Vita. They were rude and unfriendly unless you were a privilege member. The food at Piscis, The Round Table and the main buffet were amazing. Everyone at the resort are always cleaning. Our room and balcony were absolutely stunning! I can't wait to go back!"

They had no rooms because they had overbooked and I had to find accommodations for the night. There was no one at the check-in desk and when I call the number on the reservation, they told me to wait in the parking lot for someone to come. The gentleman came and told me I had to go to the office at a different location so they can find me some place to stay because they...

"I made a reservation and received a confirmation email to state that my booking was successful and that we would make payment at the property. When we got to the property, the security had no record of the booking and we did not receive the apartment phase number we would be staying. He stated that the office was also closed so there was no one to call and reconcile this with. I was very disappointed as I had stayed there in April and was looking forward to coming back."

"The place needs some work but overall it was a nice quiet beautiful place. The restaurant onsite is very expensive so if you can buy food outside its better."

"I was very impressed with how well this place was decorated. They had everything that I expected in the amenities list in the post. I think it’s also important to know that the property is in a gated community for your extra security which gave me a feel of exclusivity during my stay.
