"This place was awesome from the amazing friendly staff to also being so close walking distance to 5th avenue festivities and as well as to the beach. Place was amazing! Tons of restaurants and bars everything is walking distance including a massive grocery store that has literally everything and well priced. Definitely will return. Oscar you da man! "

"They are trying to run this small hotel remotely. it doesnt work. During my stay, I never saw a clerk or maid. I called the number, but it went to voicemal which was full. Message on hotels.com were not answered. At the airport I received a msg that they needed more info. I was unable to respond in flight. On the way to PdC, I nervously triied to respond, not knowing if I had a room on rainy nite. The AC could not be lowered and no blanket was provided. THe property itself is not bad."

"The staff were great; helpful and friendly. The AC in the bedroom and the fan in the dining area weren't working, but it kept cool enough with the one AC unit that I didn't bother with it. My room was by the front, so I could very clearly hear a restaurant's live music from across the street, but I felt it added to my experience rather than detracted from it. The music didn't play through the night anyway, so I was happy to be situated far away from the party areas."

"Was hoping to get a good hotel but we got a bit of trouble. Someone was waiting for us when we got there but the room was not what we expected. There was a horrible smell coming from the bathroom, it seemed like it was a problem in all the rooms (something to do with the pipes). Not that much water coming from the shower, don't expect warm water... Breakfast was included but as it was a Sunday the manager said they won't prepare it and gave us a sandwich. Wouldn't recommend this hotel at...
