"The main issue I had was that there wasn’t an air conditioner in my room- it was in the hallway, but my room get very hot when trying to sleep. Some of the facilities were closed, which I completely understand at this time. The free breakfast was nice though and it was comfortable for a short stay"

You are an excellent hotel but it was even hard for the taxi driver to find it with the use of GPS. "Extremely difficult to find,no maps or signs, 30 minute walk in the airport from our gate. On arrival at 7am after a 12 hour flight, told our 6 hour booking couldn't start until 9am and time back then. Bathroom not that clean and a bit dated. Stayed in much better airside 6 hour hotels in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur,. I do not recommend this hotel"
