"Good location however spending the night in the Presidential Suite i would have expected everything to be perfect No air conditioning as the unit on arrival showed an error message This was obviously not checked thoroughly by house keeping The chap on reception reported it twice starting at 5pm and then later On checking out this was still not fixed and no given apology I expect a follow-up on this from the hotel together with some form of redress as not satisfactory for the room category "

"We loved our time here. Although the weather wasn’t great, we enjoyed wonderful walks on the beach - particularly crossing the bridge to Barmouth. The hills behind the house are beautiful too, and the whole area is just lovely. The hot tub was great and we enjoyed the novelty of having a record player - so much so that we’ve come home and bought one! I left something behind and Eloise kindly offered to post it back to me too. We’d definitely return!"

"Both check in and check out we’re quick and the staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed in room 219 the laminate flooring was un even and had holes. The bathroom had down lights hanging from the ceiling The jets in the bath led to the bath being dirty when used. There was small open door next to the bathroom that led to a room that wasn’t used or meant to be seen. The aircon was left on all evening and didn’t change the room at all. "

"Perfect for a peaceful reatreat from the world. Private space, well equipped, super clean. Great host who privided some little extras which were very welcome. Hot tub and outdoor shower always a bit hit. Would defintely recommended for those looking for some quiet, tranquil time. Thanks."
