A warm welcome, and a good location, close to the main railway station, but also close to the Harbour. The breakfast was good, the staff on the front desk and in the restaurant were incredibly helpful and the leisure facilities were all working well. Last but not least, the soft play area is a great amenity for families with toddlers. Definitely recommend. Thank you.

Breakfast was good, lots on offer for my coeliac son, and the man working in the bar and on breakfast was lovely and helpful with a lovely big smile. The room was ok but carpets are in need of updating and the bathroom door didn't shut at all. Was ok for me as was there with my children but would've been a real issue otherwise.

Its a bit 15 to 20 minutes walk tk city Center and the Cardiff Bay. But locations was quiet and clean. Staff was great except the one bartender named Sayad. Very grumpy and rude to customers.

We stayed at this hotel for 4nights with the family, the spa and swimming was very good for the children. I would say the rooms weren't 100% clean, we wouldn't get fresh mugs everyday te same mugs would be wiped down and placed back. They were cleaned in the bathroom sinks, my childrens toilet door handle broke then she got stuck in the toilet. I complained to reception and they said they would send maintenance, nobody came 😒, overall we weren't happy with the hotel but the kids loved spa and swimming.

Enjoyed our stay. Nice hotel, lovely friendly staff. Room size was good and beds were comfortable. The spa was lovely, clean and not busy. My only comment was that the room was quite warm and the climate system just didn't manage to cool it down.

The property is in very bad condition. There are no services. No phone in any room, there is one on every floor which doesn’t work. The safety deposit box in the room did not work, the towels need to be replaced, no taxis want to come to the property. Only redeeming feature is the dining room, good food, great staff. One lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful. I will not recommend this property to anyone.
