"Nice surroundings but the villa is very cold in winter. We stayed a night in the winter. The villa was extremely cold. We called the front desk; a technician came to check and admit AC is not strong enough and would get a heater for us. But the heater never came and we had to call front desk again for a quilt. Avoid the villas in winters."

You won't leave the resort, it's not nice outside the resort grounds, AT ALL. Service is incredible, do the tai chi lesson and tea picking! Lots to do within the resort. Food is amazing and breakfast view is like a dream. Best to stay at least 2 nights to make your travel there worth it, took us 1.75 hours to...

"Central location suitable for downtown shopping and within walking distance to the West Lake, breakfast is more geared towards oriental taste. The bathroom in the standard room is a bit tight if you’re if larger size. The staff are keen and helpful. Great green tea leaves in room."
