"We liked the food options and quality of food. The service was excellent! We loved the overall cleanliness of the entire facility. The things that could be improved are: number of umbrellas at all the pools, the availability of fruit at all meals, and the amount of salad dressing they give you."

"The rooms were great, the cost of food and drinks was very expensive, the $44 hamburger was of poor quality and very dry. The staff was very friendly and professional at the front desk. Don’t believe it when you are told tax and fees are included. They charge an additional $165 a day when you check in."

"We really liked the hotel and were lucky to get a room on the 8th floor with the most stunning view .. the lobby and the hotel is very modern and looks better than on pictures the staff were very nice (specially Omar and Louisa ) views from the restaurants are amazing and everything exceeded our expectations.. food was also delicious and surprised us in a good way.. so tipping and signing bills after each dining wasn’t a big deal for us .. entertainment was great.. playground for kids is great - just be aware the kids club is from age 4 not earlier .. Only negative - was the water in the pools…didn’t look so clean Not sure if it’s because of the pool finish ? Everything else was perfect and we definitely recommend this hotel Thank you 🙏 "
