Luxurious 3 double bedroom & 2 bathroom redbrick Georgian house in friendly Ranelagh with its vibrant village feel, abundant pubs & restaurants, beside Luas line & a 10 minute walk to the city centre. Newly renovated.

Mid terraced redbrick Georgian house recently renovated to a luxurious standard off The Triangle in Ranelagh adjacent to the Luas station, taxi rank, 3 supermarkets, and countless restaurants and bars on your doorstep, with Dublin bikes (website hidden). Stephen's Green is 12 minutes walk away & University College Dublin is 20 minutes walk.

Accommodation comprises: entrance hallway with large lounge off of it, leading to galley kitchen which gives way onto a conservatory dining area surrounded by its own back yard with separate access from a rear service lane. Separate small utility room contains washing machine, condenser dryer and power steam iron. 3 comfortable double bedrooms (1 with 6ft bed, 1 with 4’6” bed and 1 with cot and 2 single beds stacked on top of each other. There are bespoke black out curtains on the 1st and 2nd floors. Bedrooms, stairs and lounge are all carpeted. There are 2 bathrooms with power showers on the mezzanine and 2nd floor. The large sitting room benefits from natural light with windows front and back. It has bespoke black out curtains and Venetian blinds at the front. It also has a comfy oversized sofa.

Great location, property ok but agents managing need to improve
The location is great and the house is ok. The kitchen is well stocked - clearly someone who cooked lives here! And the beds were comfy. But otherwise the house in need of a bit of tlc. But to be honest the biggest issue was that when we arrived the heating was completely switched off. I was given instructions to boost the heating for one hour but it kept switching off. There were no instructions at all and the agents were no help. After an absolutely horrendous and freezing night with no sleep I managed to work out the heating controls but it took me 1.5 hours. In addition we couldn’t get through the door for ten mins - it turns out the lock is dodgy and they sent a video but the next door neighbour told me everyone has an issue so why did they not just warn us before we got there? Overall if you want location it is great but don’t expect the fanciest place and ask them to make sure they switch the heating on before you get there.
