Duncans is located approximately 60 miles (97 kilometers) from Kingston, the capital of Jamaica, and about 25 miles (40 kilometers) from Montego Bay.
While it can be a temptation to simply sit back and relax when vacationing in Duncans, keep in mind that the surrounding region's many natural and man-made attractions are never more than a day trip away. Priory, is 20 miles (32 kilometers) to the west, while St. Ann's Bay is situated 20 miles (32 kilometers) to the west.
Montego Bay is about 25 miles (40 kilometers) from Duncans.
