Rooms had an old hotel feel. Not quite what I thought it up to be seeing that it’s a relatively new hotel. The pool needed maintenance tiles missing the swim up bar was rusting . We got upgraded to the privilege but the even the bathroom you can see visible the caulking the mini bar fridge smelly musty like and old home that’s been locked up I just felt like its overall poor hotel maintenance. The buffet ran out of items while staff in the buffet stood their talking on their AirPods. The butler services are top tier. NAZWA is fantastic and so was OKIENE. Their was some bartenders who was so wonderful and just overall welcoming. But the hotel can do with some touch up. It’s can be an amazing hotel just with some minor repairs

My stay at Ocean Eden Bay was honestly an amazing experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and taken care of. The resort was beautiful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the views were everything I hoped they would be. What really stood out to me was the staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made the experience feel personal. Whether it was getting food, relaxing by the pool, or just walking around the resort, the atmosphere was always welcoming. The food was also really good, and I loved having different options throughout the stay. There was always something to enjoy, and the resort had a great mix of relaxing and fun activities. Jamaica itself was already somewhere I wanted to experience, but Ocean Eden Bay definitely made the trip even better. I came for a wedding and ended up leaving feeling like I need to come back again just to enjoy the resort. It was the perfect place to relax, enjoy the scenery, and make some great memories. Overall, I would definitely recommend Ocean Eden Bay to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing Jamaican getaway. I had a great time and would absolutely stay here again!
