"This was our second stay and this is a great property for a small family. Love that its ground level and everything was as described in the listing. We were able to prepare meals in the kitchen and the location is perfectly settled within walking distance of the beach and some shops but off the main busy road. You are able to hear the guest above this unit but it was not bad, if there is a large family or group above I can see how people would find it disturbing."

"It’s a cute little tiny house but it is not in the best area of town. It’s in a more rundown area. Not overly far from beach but not super close either. It had everything I needed for a long weekend…. Anyone over the height of 5’6 would not be comfortable in the bed loft area… I was barely able to sit up without touching ceiling…. Nicely decorated cute little place overall."

Place is exactly as advertised, they take great care of an older town home located steps from the beach. Well decorated to make you also feel like you are at a vacation house. Kim was so easy to work with and very responsive to questions. What set this apart from most "colder" rentals, i.e. those that are just focused on turning profit and not really about your experience...
