Where do I begin. To start, the bed was about as hard as a sheet of plywood, in fact I'm sure I would have gotten a better night sleep on a sheet of plywood. I ended up having to go down the street to get an air mattress to get some sleep. The shower didn't get super warm so taking a shower after working at a job site was not super enjoyable. There was visible water damage next to the shower/toilet. Finally to cap the entire stay off I woke up after my second night sleeping on the air mattress I had to go buy since, AGAIN the bed was terribly uncomfortable, I went to put my pants on to go to work, and a BLACK WIDOW crawled out of my pants. I was able to capture and confirm the species of the spider by the red hour glass shape on the bottom of the abdomen. Since the office wasn't open before I left for work that day I packed my stuff up and left. After work, I came to check out (since the black widow was my last straw), and I was charged for a 3rd night because I was "checking out late" even after showing the lady working at the front desk the picture of said black widow I captured. The reply I got from her was uninspiring, and showed a lack of empathy. If this was my only option to stay in Cle Elum I would rather sleep in my truck than stay at this establishment again. If you do end up staying here be sure to check your clothes every morning in case a spider has made a home in your clothing over night. Needless to say I will never be staying here again!

Great place to stay. Has a refrigerator and microwave oven in the room. Great coffee in the Office. Walkable to shops and restaurants and parking is right outside the room.

I checked in and then found out an hour later my friend wouldn’t make it as promised for the third time. Cut my losses and left. So I was there in the room for an hour. But it’s ok.

Right when we were thinking how the room was decently clean for it being a budget motel, we went to the bathroom to take a shower... I honestly wished we saw the shower sooner and did not stay. The tub was filthy and stained. The "white" shower curtain was pink from fungus build up. When I brought this up to the office lady, she gave the excuse that the tub was stained by bleach... which is not a thing. She did admit the curtain needs to be cleaned. I mentioned that the hand soap bar they gave was a facial moisturizing bar and she said that is all they get. That seems quite unsanitary to me, especially when I am traveling with a baby. We will not be staying there again.

The shower was warm at best. The sheets had an odor. The room was not nice. They do their best to clean it, but everything is so outdated that it just didn’t feel clean. I would not recommend this hotel.

If you are looking for a good place to sleep while traveling on the road with a cheap rate, clean bed, and secure place to sleep so you can be on your way in the morning, this is it. But if you are looking for a hotel with swimming pool, exercise room, or full staff kitchen, go elsewhere. Although the one story building looks old from the outside, the inside rooms is kept fresh clean, nice, and neat. The hotel property is also nice and clean with some benches to sit and relax in front of the Inn. There's not much amenities such here, but it's a good place to crash for the night and move on the next day. The staff here are very nice people, friendly, helpful and accommodating. Pets are allowed in certain rooms.

Our room was great for the cost for our last minute trip. Nice and quiet location close to town for any needs. The room was very clean and no issues with any of the facilities. All of the staff were very warm and inviting and polite at all times. My wife and I will be staying here again in the future as travel allows. - Aaron S.

The people at the office are very nice and that is where the good ends . The place is old and in need of a remodel , I also was grossed out when what appeared to be a dark curly hair in the bed . Luckily I travel with my own blanket and pillow and was able to sleep on top of the blankets .

$79 total last year--stay once a year once in a while twice a year this year $114 with extra fees..Maybe we will have to find elsewhere.. (at Westport Wa. vacation $100 a night no extra fees 2 bedroom)
