"Great location for access to lifts and resort amenities. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Sylvia was nice and available to help resolve issues. The main downside of this unit is the bedroom is right up against the staff service elevators and staff supply room, it gets noisy starting at 6am and continues through the day. This impacted our sleep and our vacation. We feel the listing should state this, we would not have rented if we had known this in advance. There are also...

"The inn was nice. The kids slept on sofa bed which was in other room. Bathroom in between. Spacious. Beautiful balcony. Nice amenities. Played a little ping pong, shuffleboard, and Pac man with the kids. 2 out of the three arcade games turn on. They only sort of work but still fun. Nice clubroom with fireplace, kitchen and bathroom close to swimming area. One hotub was open one night and closed the other. Didn't get a chance to use it. "Tim is an all-star host. Great communication, very gracious and kind. The property is super close to lots of outdoor activities and the village. The shuttle was constantly looping around so we never needed our car. The jacuzzis were clean and hot. Bed was comfy, pull-out sofa was super handy and the kitchen had everything we needed.
