Overall the room was clean. Major downside poor maintained bathroom, with mold on the ceiling. A hotel in that category must do better than this. One of the major highlights is a great breakfast with an awesome view on Mt Fuji (if the weather allows). "

"We had the wonderful opportunity to stay at their newest resort Tocoro Resort & Glamping. The staff were incredibly kind, accommodating, and ensured everything was taken care of.
