"Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment on a high floor. Well kept property, everything looks new and clean. Staff were attentive and polite. Downsides : Dryer was faulty but detergent was provided for washer. No laundry basket. Would be helpful if there is a towel rack in the spacious bathroom, the clothes hook behind the toilet door is too high for an average height female. Pillows were too flat and bed too firm. Other than that, would love to return to stay"

"From all the places I have been to in China, this place just stands out on top. The staff were super helpful, and everyone I talked to there could speak English. Here I want to make a special mention of Sunny and Evan at reception. They went out of their way to help us with rebooking our room, and to know more about the area and activities. The rooms are spacious and well kept, the food great, specially the buffet at night. The hotel and grounds are super beautiful, the waterfall pool overlooking the lake beautiful, and then there is the scenery, which is absolutely amazing.
