This home is a Historic, warm, cozy and conveniently near Downtown Galveston. Perfect getaway for family and friends. Walking distance to the strand, plenty of restaurants to eat at and stores to shop at for the perfect souvenirs. Whether it is for the Biker weekend or Mardi Gras, Galveston is always a great time. It's a short distance from the beach making it an excellent island experience with your love ones.Property is a 4 Plex ,Units are all separate you have you own restroom, kitchen and bedroom. Only common areas are the stairs and the front porch.

Cute little place
I had a good stay here. The place is a little small, but it was perfect for just me. I would have loved somewhere that I could put my clothes other then my suitcase, but the place was very clean. The mattress was a little squeaky, but I never had any problems with the internet or the AC. Overall it was a great stay.

The AC was not working properly in the bedroom and it was very hot when we arrived. The front porch had boards that are loose and sticking up and unsafe when arriving after dark. The stairs are hard to manage with luggage and any physical issues. Photos did not show the amount of stairs.

At the end of the day for the price this place is amazing. I will admit it is an older home so not all of the windows are fully covered, you can see some of the paint peeling, the AC did it's best but definitely not as good as a hotels, and while each room had their own locks (which i liked) the entry ways locking system concerned me a little. At first i was very nervous someone could just break down the door. At the end of the day we had an amazing time and we did love the room. These are just a few things I think if they were to improve would make it absolutely perfect. I would come back again but probably stay in a different unit if possible, just to try something else.
