The room was good for four. The location is walking distance to the lake and shopping. There are restaurants nearby as well. The staff was welcoming and answered all the questions we had and also set up our taxi for our departure. The only issue we had was the air conditioning was not cold enough and was not adjustable from our room since it’s centralized. Would still recommend this though.

Great location, affordable rates
We chose this hotel for its location: we wanted to be close to the Old Town and walkable to the lake and public transport. It fitted our needs well. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was quite good. Our room overlooked the street but there was minimal street noise. Check-in and out were efficient. Overall, I would be happy to recommend this hotel as a cost effective way of staying in Geneva close to all that you are likely to want to see in the city.

Confirmation ignored.
When we arrived at the hotel we were told we had no reservation even though we showed them our confirmation from Hotels.com. This meant we had to book another hotel at added expense and distress. We had 10 in our group which meant us getting separated and spoiled our weekend
