The single level 'Villa' sleeps up to 8 adults, is tastefully decorate, open plan, with a modern beach house theme. Perfect for families, couples or solo travelers. The kids can be kept busy with the villa pool (shared) or right next door is a sports park offering wide open spaces, with basketball courts, soccer fields, play ground and skate park.

The kitchen is fully stocked with general cookware as well as the basics; oil, salt/pepper, sugar, tea/coffee, milk. Groceries can be purchased at the convenience store in walking distance and there is also a coffee shop, bakery, chemist and the Boathouse Tavern - popular for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily.

There is a s single lock up garage plus 2 additional car spaces (one will fit a camper, caravan or trailer). This is a non-smoking property, strictly no parties or loud gatherings. Respect for neighbours is required at all times treat this like you would your own home.

Pan Pacific Masters Games
We were participating in the golf and basketball competitions (over 60s) at the Pan Pacific Masters Games. We could walk to the basketball stadium. The location was quiet and the amenities we required were nearby. Resulted in a very comfortable stay. The pool was great for refreshing the muscles after basketball.

More than enough
Beautiful and functional property, close to shops and hotel. For theme park experience couldn't recommend a closer, cheaper rental. We had 4 adults and 4 children aged, 6-12, and there was something for us all. Would definately stay again!!

Great location and cosy villa.
Travelled as a group of 6 and found it easy to walk to and from Dreamworld and white water world. Was able to explore both in two days. Travelling domestic, the provided amenities made it easy to travel light and access to wifi and fetch provided a great way to relax and watch a movie in the afternoon. Overall, was a great place to stay.
