"House has everything you need. We were gone most days from sunrise to sunset. Was nice to get back to a cozy quiet place. If you hit a sunny day take a drive to Hurricane Ridge or Mt Rainier. Also don’t miss Salmon cascades if salmon are running. Well worth the drive. Head down to the lake and watch the sunset to end your day. Joni was quick to respond to any of our questions."

"Very nice house, great place to stay. Lots of seating, both inside and in the different outside areas. We all very much liked it and would gladly stay again. It was our first time on Anderson Island and definitely not our last. A few caveats, though- the driveway is steep, and made of loose gravel. Can be a bit tricky, particularly if your car is loaded with multiple people. The bunkbeds in the main floor bedroom are rated for a weight limit of 165 lbs- so probably just for kids or smaller...

"What an amazing VRBO. Lake Cushman is absolutely beautiful and this house is designed to showcase the beauty of the area. Tons of things to do in the house, arts and crafts, tons of DVDs, walking sticks, umbrellas, even a rain jacket and robes. "We were skeptical when we first arrived because the neighborhood looked shady and the reviews weren’t helping either. We decided to stay otherwise and every night I kept thinking is something going to happen to the car. All 3 nights and 4 days, nothing happened. We had a pretty good stay, the unit was pretty clean except for the shower curtain. And the bed was a bit uncomfortable for us but overall it wasn’t too bad."

"This is the cutest little beach cabin I have ever seen. It has had a bit of renovation, keeping the beach cabin vibe. The view is terrific, but you may need sunglasses while making breakfast. (There is a window shade...) There are huge opening windows in the front of the cabin, giving it an open-air feeling. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the Murphy bed was very comfortable.
