The yard is fully fenced, offering lots of privacy.

There are 3 bedrooms and 1.75 bathrooms: bedrooms offer 1) Queen, 2) Queen, and 3) a choice between 2 twins or one King bed depending on what you would like.

This is the perfect location for everything Tacoma has to offer! Additional local attractions include Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium, Chihuly Glass Museum, LeMay Glass Museum, Tacoma Dome and a 20+ minute drive to Chambers Bay Golf Course, home of the 2015 US Open.

Nice, quiet place

It's a nice property, the area is very safe, and the location was great for dining and exploring the city, both on foot and easy access to major roadways, everything was as shown in the pictures, and the per-room heating meant everyone was able to sleep comfortably.

Hidden Gem in Tacoma

If you could plan exactly what you needed for a stay and it all came together this property was it!! Amazing location, very walkable, clean, well maintained and well stocked. Communication with the property manager was great. If you have the chance to book this property you won’t be disappointed.

A+ VRBO and top recommendation!

I have stayed at a lot of VRBO properties, and this was the best. Great location where you're just steps away from a Main Street with dining and shopping, but totally private and quiet. The house is beautifully furnished with everything you could possibly need for your stay, and the owners are really great communicators - responding very quickly to questions. I would absolutely stay here in a heartbeat if I needed to be in Tacoma again in the future.

A 6th Avenue Gem

This immaculate, well appointed house with a private fenced in yard has everything you need for a getaway, family vacation or to visit students at nearby universities. The kitchen is well stocked but you are only a 2 minute walk from multiple restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

A perfect home base for adventure!

What a great location! Everything was as described and we really enjoyed our stay. The space was perfect for our family of 4 and my parents. Sixth Ave has a lot going on, with eclectic food and nightlife. It’s an easy hop onto the freeway to get to Seattle or Mt. Rainier. Thanks for a sharing this charmer of a house!

Has it all!

What a great place. First rate beds and bedding, walk in shower AND massive tub. Donuts around the corner! Wonderful neighborhood. Enough room for some to be playing Banananagrams while Poppycock was played in a different room. It was really great. I would stay again.

Terrific stay in Tacoma

This is an awesome place to stay if you’re in the Tacoma area. Exactly as advertised, if not better. Really well decorated. Comfortable. A block away from 6th Ave but surprisingly quiet. Nice, clean linen throughout. Most everything you’d need in the kitchen. Strong wifi. Super nice hosts. A 5-star stay and a definite ‘do again’ the next time we’re in town.

A home away from home

Really lovely property, in a great neighbourhood, with an excellent location. Located near entertainment and shopping, with easy access to the freeway. Stayed in January and although most of our stay was rainy, we did have one day of sunshine which we enjoyed in the yard. A relaxing stay. This house became our home away from home during our stay in Tacoma. The property manager communicated well both via email and text. All our questions were answered promptly. We felt comfortable being in this home and would not hesitate to return for future trips!

Absolutely beautiful home!! The hosts were incredibly responsive to my obnoxious number of questions, including very last minute ones regarding parking (like, 1/2 mile away panicking last minute). The home is just as pictured, 3 bedrooms, all fantastic. We were only here for 2 days but we'd absolutely stay again. The neighborhood was amazing and as a group of traveling women, we felt safe the entire time we were there. Many places to eat within walking distance (E9 IS SO GOOD!) and a lot of cool shops to see while in the area. Parking was a breeze. Literally no issues whatsoever.

Great little home and neighborhood

The property is exactly as described. The beds are comfortable and the pantry is well stocked. The street is quiet and parking was never an issue. It is walking distance to lots of restaurants and nightlife on 6th Ave. I’ll definitely be back!!
